Before submitting a request for a commission, please be sure to read through this Terms of Service THOROUGHLY!

General
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason I see fit.
- Reference material is required for all commissions. This can be any manner of visual reference, such as an image collage or a simple sketch.
- The time frame for most commissions should not exceed 1 month unless otherwise stated while discussing the commission.
- Commissions are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- All commissions will be drawn on simple backgrounds (Gradient, pattern, or non-complex scene, such as a character floating in the sky with only clouds visible, or in the depths of space surrounded by stars) unless complex backgrounds and/or scenery are requested.

Guidelines
I can do:
- Furry, anthro, etc.
- Mecha, simple or complex
- Couple/ship art
- Fanart*
- Suggestive**
I will not do:
- Realism
- Style replication
- Excessive gore
- Content promoting hate speech
*Fanart of other artist's ocs will require permission before the commission can be taken if it's not a gift piece.
**For explicit/nsfw commissions, the TOS will differ slightly, though prices will not change. Feel free to inquire for more information!

Payment/Process
- Full payment is due up-front upon agreement of the commission.
- Once the payment has been recieved, I will start on a first draft. Any number of revisions can be made during this process.
- A 70% refund (to account for time spent on the piece) can be requested up until the final draft is presented. If a refund is requested, any presented sketches up to that point may not be shared, publically or privately.
- Once the final draft is shared and greenlit, you'll have 2 major revisions allowed (color correction and small additions do not count as major revisions).

Copyright, Usage and Distribution
I, starlightintermezzo:
- Retain all copyrights to the commissioned work.
- Will not claim the intellectual property contained in the commission piece as my own.
- Will not directly profit off of the commission outside of the agreement between the original commissioner.
- Reserve the right to use the commissioned work for indirect profit, such as in a commissions portfolio.
You, the Client:
- May post the artwork on social media as you see fit, with credit towards myself (@starlightintermezzo).
- May NOT directly profit off of the commissioned work.
- May NOT claim the commissioned work as your own original work.
- May NOT use the artwork in AI image generators or for anything related to Generative AI, as it counts as art theft.
